Thread: Santos Calls Out Margarito For Trilogy.

Santos basically calls Margo a bully here. He talks about him not being able to handle men his size and how he sent him down to welter if you can read between the lines.

I think he is right though . Guys like Hatton and Margarito will find that as they move up their styles are less effective. It didnt harm Cory Spinks moving up to middle cuz he doesnt get hit but physical guys feel it more. If it happens I think Santos wins a superfight and restores Peurto Rican pride.

Daniel Santos has the size and skills to outbox Margarito no doubt. I also consider Daniel Santos one of the most underrated fighters BUT
Santos should stay away from the middleweights IMO, especially Pavlik.

Thats a great fight IMO. Theres unfinished buisness there, a close fight was stopped on a headbutt, and a no contest which I dont know the story about. Anyone know what happened that fight? I think the division it rakes place in will play a big factor, I don't know if Santos could be strong enough getting down to 147, and don't know if Tony wants to move up just yet...

I say bring it on Santos I'd rather see Tony fight PW again over any other fight that could be made.

I'm torn because i have no intrest in this fight but i think Santos has a legit reason to fight Margarito.

In a big way Margarito has gone beyond a trilogy but I would not mind Santos getting a crack...After Williams rematch of course .Santos is crafty and confident and did give Tony a scare,but I do believe Margarito was pulling away in they're last fight and putting on some serious heat along the ropes when fight was stopped with the cut.
