As everyone knows, the power derived from boxing comes from the bending of the knees and the rotation of the hips with the punch. If you have extra weight around you that is fat, it slows down the hip rotation, which slows down the speed of your punch, or that's what I believe. I don't know which abdomen exercises are best to slim down the abdomen, but I'm all ears. My upper abs are not too bad, but my lower abs are terrible, so if you guys can suggest the best abdomen exercises for lower abs, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
