i know this is not an important fight but i think its imporatant for his career and his future in this sport

now my question is who he is fighting? is he good?

and if he loses well im guessing its over for him

but if he wins whats the future for him

I am more suprised noone mentioned Emmanual Augustus vs. Franky Figueroa, that should actually be a very good fight imo.

Back to Judah, someone may come on here and rattle off some boxrec stats, but he's a noone, put in place to get one more chance again. A Judah win does nothing really, except give him food to eat until the next fight.

I read a great interview on Boxing Scene about Judah and it summed him up perfectly.

Zab Judah Moves Down: Change? You Can Believe in? - Boxing News

The last sentence says it all. Hence why I aint taking Judah serious. I honestly think he's past it now, he's had his time.

I think he should have done that pre-Cotto, he's taken too many beatings, he just can't keep it together. I guess when it comes to a more focussed Judah "I'll believe it when I see it" It's a shame really, he has a lot of skill, just mentally can't keep it together.

I agree.. I thikn Zabs heart is always the thing in question.
I give him a good shot at some of the big names at 140 though. Don't see why he'd have any trouble with Paulie or someone like that.. what ya think?

I think a prime Judah would school PM, but nowadays Paulie's one weapon the jab may take over nullifying Judah over the duration. I guess the fact that 140 is such a shallow division, maybe he could still make some waves. That being said there are a few bangers down there (Torres, Urango) that could give him problems.

Hopefully Holt gets in another fluke and Torres will fade from the picture. It'll help protect Judahs chin haha. I honestly think Ricky is the most disheartening experience zab can have at 140. I think he'd do good against a Witter or Bradley, even give him a good shot at Paulie. There are some heavy hands and rough'em up guys at 140 but the majority of guys sitting up top are technical guys.. which I think fits Judah best right now.

I think he'd rather try to outbox people instead of out hustle. I just want to see him end his career on a good note. I hate to see bad endings.

Zab could have been a great fighter with the right people around him. I have to admit, if he moved to 140 it would be a good move, he can hurt guys down there.

Watching Yoel in the corner with him is like watching a train wreck.
