It s odd looking I will say that....Can't speculate on implants or not but will say that his chest holds a weird shape and no muscle tone in the middle of the chest it is all on the outer portion...

I would say they are most definately implants. The scar is a giveaway and so is unnatural shape and like you said the fact that they dont flatten out. If you look at old pictures of him, there is no question, My guess as to why, and this is pure speculation, is that he has lost a lot of muscle mass over the years and he wants to appear strong. If you look at his arms the are much skinnier than they used to be. Could be a result of age, inctivity, or something else.. He definately doesnt look like hes had an uneventful 12 year layoff.

Could be a combination of the 3....

His build reminds me of someone who has had a battle with drugs and such...You can tell something was once there but he has just abused himself so much since then he is now just a shadow of himself...Add age to it and he cant recover what he once had regardless of how hard he tries...

Reminds me a tad of Micky Rouarke. Whose face has taken more abuse? Might be a decent topice for a new thread except Tpommy was a fighter and Micky was a jock sniffer.
