    Start running eastwards.

Following Newton's Law, you will be exerting an equal and opposite force on the earth as the force propelling you forwards.

If you run fast enough, you will affect the rotation of the planet, reversing the spin and thus making time go backwards. Once you get up to 28,000 miles per hour keep running for an hour and forty minutes until the time is 10:38.
