By the way, the article shows how fucked the law is. Sutcliffe's lawyers are trying to get him moved to a lower grade security prison on the grounds that he is sane??

I presume when he was tried for those 13 hammer and screwdriver killings they argued that he was mad

If he's now 'Sane' and not a risk, he can be moved out of Broadmoor and into a general population prison to start his life sentence
