Mentioned in The Sun today about Khan possibly fighting David Diaz at the O2 on June 27th.
Possibility of it being for the WBO title if Marquez gives it up.
Thoughts?

I said right after the MAB fight that was who they should go for. He's worn out, limited, and hasn't fought in a year, and has looked the weaker fighter in 3 of his last 4 fights, the other being against the mighty Ramon Montano (15-4-2 1KO before their fight). Khan just has to make sure he doesn't do a Santa Cruz and get caught by Diaz.
I thought they were fighting Arthur then Diaz. This scenario is better. Although wouldn't rule out the first one.
I think Khan could have beaten Diaz a while ago. Good fight though. As long as he doesn't get caught, which will always be a concern, with the speed difference huge, he'll box circles around him.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
It'll also be useful having Manny at hand to give him advice on how to beat Diaz. I see it going the same way as the Diaz-Pacman fight only Khan may force a stoppage sooner....providing he doesn't get caught.
With that realistic chance that he could also get knocked out it's fair to say he's going to be in a lot of exciting match ups in the next few years.
Expect him to outspeed and outbox Diaz although Diaz is tough.
Khan by TKO around the 8th.
Not sure he's ready for what could come after Diaz though....especially if it's for the WBO title. Can see it being a merry-go-round involving Arthur, Foster Jr maybe even Cookie moving up - he can beat all those easily. Just don't think he's ready for the top fighters at 135.
khan wins whether the fights at the bolton arena or in the US
Just too big and strong for diaz to have the remotest of chances
team khan should be going for katsidis!!
one dangerous horrible bloke
I think it depends on whether Khan can handle Diaz's punch or not. I definitely don't give David much a chance, but he is tough as hell, and Khan didn't seem to sit down on his punches at all against Barrera, and I think Diaz even at this stage is more willing to take a punch to land a haymaker than Barrera was at the late stage in his career. Though it is more than likely Diaz gets circles boxed around him.
Perfect fight for Khan, it'll be a replay of Pacman-Diaz.
