Thread: Have I Got A Case Against TESCO

Last Sunday me, my wife & Daughter went to Tesco shopping....to cut along story short my daughter of 3 fell over and chipped her front 2 teeth. We went to customer care and filled out a form confirming what happened.


Have i got a case to SUE or just leave it

If she just fell , and tesco didnt do anything wrong , then shit happens get the fuck over it dude

I would say you have no case at all. I have no idea why would think you have one TBH. Why would you sue? Did the supermarket let you down here?

Just odd. Pay for the dentist and move on.

Im sure someone some where has sued for less and reaped the rewards

Good luck. Now if someone from Tesco's ran out and pushed her over or the floor was slippy you'd have a case. Perhaps if the store manager is feeling all warm and fuzzy they may hand you some toothpaste.

Dont know if you'll get any compensation from tesco's mate unless your daughters accident was due to their misconduct of teso's.

Yes you have a case against them, they earn millions of pounds a month, get a no win no fee solicitor and they will settle out of court with you.

Ridicilous ...... she just fell over, why do you think you can sue the shop (unless they were transparently negligent?)

Why do people think that they should be entitled to money for nothing?
