Massive shame,

I remember when Setanta first showed Ruiz Vs. Roy Jones Jr, and then a couple of years back I was praising them about this organisations has come on leaps and bounds and are disturbing Sky's dominance with all the Boxing and Football rights to the Premiership and England games.

Well maybe it's a hard, no, very hard lesson learned, maybe as they say 'learn to walk before you can run'.

I don't know, all I can say is look at all those fights they used to bring from the US, remember La Battle Margartio Vs. Cotto, Buncy Boxing Hour.

So gutted, I suppose someone else will show the above mentioned right

I watched Jones Jnr vs John Ruiz on Setanta as well im going to miss the overseas fights that Setanta brought for us Margarito vs Cotto, Mosley vs Margarito, Hopkins Vs Pavlik, Pacquiao vs Diaz, Pavlik vs Lockett and Rubio, Cotto vs Clottey and Jennings and then the German fights the Klitschko's and Arthur Abraham and the Haymaker fights and Calslappy fights. Looking back at just them few ive wrote down they brought us some great fights some months 2 or 3 top fights for only £12.99 and in that £12.99 you got other sports as well as boxing yet on sky sports they make you pay £15 to watch Amir Khan get his head weaved into the canvas or fight an old Legend im also going to miss the straight talking Steve Bunce's Boxing hour.

Well aparently we are going to get additional ESPN channels in the UK now and they are looking at buying a lot of the things Setanta had the rights to at auction. Lets hope they get Bunces boxing hour too although it is highly unlikely.

I remembering paying for the Roy Jones fight, I think it was PPV on Setanta, did I imagine that?

Probably not. When Setanta launched if you didn't have the channel you could purchase fights on PPV, thats what i done for Hatton vs Castillo.

Now sky don't have to justify charging extra for premium sports, which means we won't get allot for our sky sports subscription. Would be great if ITV purchased Steve Bunce Boxing Hour along with alot of the domestic fights! I know i am a dreamer
