Thread: United Breaks Guitars

Bit of a funny, yet eye-opening new youtube vid regarding the airlines and in particular, United Airlines. The short version of the story is, a musician gets his guitar broken by baggage handlers, tries for a year to get some compensation for it, only to be dicked around by a system of incompetance, and who knows maybe even design, working to absolve responsibility for their actions.

I noticed it yesterday and it was just breaking, but as today, it has been in many Headlines, and every just an hour ago on CNN.

Opps. Looks like United Airlines messed with the wrong person/musician.
