Actually the link to the hugging lion on the same page is worth a watch as well, how cute is that?

Amazing film of a hug from a lion - Telegraph

I would personally have loved it though if by mistake they approached the wrong lion.

Would have made for a much more satisfying 'reunion'.

Damn....Looks like a younger crock but still, wonder what possessed that leopard to do that? Hunger obviously I'd have loved to see it; especially if it ran up a tree with it which they almost always do with prey. They, next to jaguars, are my fave big cats. P4P gotta be the strongest.

I remember reading that in the Amazon they have like an animal version of rock/paper/scissors, as all of the Jaguar, Anaconda & Caiman (like a crocodile) are able to kill & eat each other. I would love to watch that fight, definitely rooting for the Jaguar my favourite animal. Jaguars are a bit bigger than Leopards so its probably a bit easier for them to attack the lizards. If you keep it out of the water, my money goes to the big cats.

There are videos of a jag wrapped up by an anaconda but killing it; a caiman being wrapped up by one and dying; and a caiman eating a jag{though a young one} I think Jaguars are the most magnificant animals; and in the Matto Grosso reach up to 400 pounds. That's alot of kat Leaopards generally range about 80 to 130 or so if I remember right.

I've seen it; if it's the one where they put the cameras on the bridge at night. They had a couple at the Dallas North Aquarium; a regular one and a black one. I used to deliver there every week on Friday's as my last stop and would sit there for an hour or more just watching them.

I don't think so? this one the major theme is they wanted a jaguar highway (corridor) from South America all the way to Lower North America so the isolated pockets of jags didnt inbreed and were better able to cope with changing habitat.

How long did you keep that delivery job Mr. Punctual?

Little over 3 years. It was cool; they had sharks there and giant turtles. And one of those Orinoco crocodiles. There was a walkway and they had a pair you could look at. 1st time I went I saw the one in the back but didn't see thee other one. There were several people standing near me and one lady looked down and gave a ilttle yelp and it was laying right below us on the other side of the chest high plexiglass or something like wall. Scared the crapples' out of me I never saw it and it was like 12 ft. long; blended right in. Jesus I'm annoying.

Beautiful but I don't like seeing nature be manipulated like that for our amusement. Though I love my pit bulls it's pretty sad back in the day man created an animal whoese sole purpose and pleasure in life was tearing it's own kind apart. Such is the nature of man though.

LeRoy! He kills an anaconda too.

I go over to my friend Kyle's house, and we smoke and my friend is like "Dude, I have to show you LeRoy!" I wasn't sure what he was talking about, so I asked, "Who's LeRoy?" He motioned me off the computer and he brings up this video of this panther stalking a croodile. He said, "I saw this on TV the other night, this jaguar named LeRoy fucks shit up (his exact words.)" Then the panther drowns the crocodile! DROWNS IT.

Obviously, I'm impressed. So I posted it on a mysace bulletin and then showed a bunch of people over the course of time. I may have even posted it here?

Anyways, I learned LeRoy wasn't actually the name like I had been telling people it was, insisting it. It was just the name he gave it, I had no idea and felt quite the fool.

Agreed, definitely my favourite animal & I agree P4P the hardest. I remember there was one I saw in Barcelona Zoo that was just pacing round its cage & making some mad breathing noise. It reminded me of Tyson swear down, it had to be separated from the others probably because it was skitz

That one he caught wasn't more than 6-7 ft. I would think looking at the pic. A leopard won't take on a full grown croc; they get to like 16 ft or more. And the ones in Australia jeez those things push 18-20 ft; real life dinosaurs.
