Thread: Just bought my first iPod

Got it from Costco yesterday ..... 120gig of memory and a transmitter so I can stream it to our house stereo as well.

Spending hours uploading all my CDs and have bought loads of shit from iTunes ..... it's a step up from the 'portable' tape player I had when i was a kid .. which was even before the Walkman came out.

I'm as happy as a pig in shit

You can do that with a mobile and it is more useful.

Nah - I've got a company Blackberry thing and have had a company phone for so long that I dont have one of my own now.

when my wife bought me one a few yrs ago i never used it for ages but now i use it all the time, i use it for lifting weights & mowing the lawn & cleaning the house & well everything

I don't know how I lived without them.

I have had two break on me though which sucks.

I may have mentioned this on here before but I spent hours after I got my first one just staring at it until I realized you spin the circle thing

yeah got my wife one about 3 years ago she totally loves it.

I got my first for Christmas in 04, 40 GB for like $400, it broke on me. Then I had a video I got from my friend a couple years later and that got stolen from my locker. Then I had an 8 GB nano have the battery died but when it's hooked up to the charger it's fine and works so I just have it hooked up to the speaker system in my room. Now I have a 4GB nano that I can carry around with me. Not a whole lot of space but certainly enough, iPods are awesome almost vital. Completely neccessary in every way.
