Thread: Ashes 4th Test

Been watching this morning/my evening and it has been an unmitigated disaster thus far. Six wickets down after one session and hardly anybody able to get into double figures. I'm not impressed with the team selection. Bopara is doing everything he can to get dropped from the team and they just keep on picking him. They needed another batsman to cover for the loss of Flintoff and instead what we have is a team lacking in batting depth and it's being sorely tested here. I just hope we can make it through the next session.

Yes England are in the brown smelly stuff at the moment.

Will need a small mirical just to get a draw.

If we lose this test Bopara, Cook and Broad could find themselves sitting out the final test. If we get out of this mess they wont change.

Swann just gone right now. The Aussies have played well, but it's not as though the pitch and conditions are playing up that much. Just really lazy batting all the way through. If we get away with a draw I will be surprised. Awful.

I'm not enjoying this a single bit. The English bowling has been super lame. Short, short and short some more and just pulled at will for boundary after boundary. It's a little better now, but the damage has been done.
