Default My brother's been sacked - anyone thing this is unfair

My bro has worked in Vienna for last 5 years as a caretaker for a large dance hall.

Anyway he has never put a foot wrong but three nights ago he absent mindedly left the place open when last one to leave on the night.

So that was it he was dismissed instantly - no first warning or anything.

    Unfair ?

The bosses were not happy at all saying that, due to his slackness, anyone could have just waltzed in there.

yeah, that's real subtle. It might have escaped me altogether were it not for the sharpies who were here before me. Now if it was from X, I probably would spotted it right off.

I guess you don't like lame puns then? You don't have to be amused, but you do "get it", don't you?

Yes it was unfair dismissal and since he has worked there 5 years he has the right to go to an employment tribunal as they have not followed the disciplinary procedures. The waltz is just a red herring this is grossly unfair and should be taken seriously.

Ok here is the humour tester of all jokes for you: This should tell you if you can laugh outside the square;also if you visualize the scene and its warpedness because there is a couple of scenarios that could evolve out of the storyline besides its stupid and very fukkin funny and works extemly well at welding confrences.

"There is this little boy walking up the street and he finds a pair of welding googles". He puts them on his head and he looks at the sun and he flips them up on his head again and runs off in the direction of home cause he cant wait to show them off to all of his mates!

As he walking along looking at the sun, looking at the road and flipping them up to the top of his head a white Jaguar pulls to the side of the curb and the passenger window slides down. The well dressed gent asked where he is going the kid says back home to his friends and s the man asks if he would like a ride back there in this Jaguar. The kid is ectatic and thinks he has died and gone to heaven what a day! Here he is sitting in luxury getting driven back to his hood stareing at the sun through the sun roof cant wait to get back and tell all his mates. The man turns to him and says "there are some nice sweets in the glovebox if you like son" and he opens the glove box up and helps himself and he thinks "Man this is the life" as he flips his welding googles up and looks at the sun out of the sun roof relaxing back in the fine leather, enjoying the toffees and other sweets on his way home.
The man reaches into the kids lap and rubs him on the thigh and asks "Son have you heard of homosexuality?" the kid replies "No mister No". They go a bit further and the man strokes him again and asks "Son have you heard of buggery" and the kid turns back from looking out the window with his googles, flips them up onto his head and says "No mister no I havent".
Then the man rubs his leg again and says "Son has anyone ever talked to you about man to man?" The kid turns to him flips the googles up onto his head and says; "Look mister Im not a real welder"!

yeah so did I. The reaction of some of the other made me realize something had to be there, so I took a second look. If it wasn't for that, I might not have noticed.

That was kind of brilliant, I was so ready to reply that I knew somebody who got fired for exactly the same reason
