perhaps. I haven't read the articles, but homicide does not mean a crime has been committed. It means death caused by another person, which includes accident, self defense (obviusly not in this case), and other things

If it is a crime, then I could see maybe criminal negligence or something.

Sure as fuk no ones going to that doctor for any sleeping disorders.
