Hi folks,i've been a really keen jogger ever since i could walk as a kid.I've been jogging for more than 10 years straight.I really badly pulled my calf about 6 weeks ago and im thinking of getting back into jogging again in the new year.I was just wondering how far or how long shall i go jogging for as to get into the routine of getting back into jogging.Im hoping my leg is'nt too bad as i think it is as its taking soo long to heal and it still tight and hurts when i gentle stretch it.
