Thread: Where next for Danny Green?

Ok so the media and Danny are lapping up his decimation of Roy last night. I heard commentary saying stuff like Danny is now on top of the world, other media outlets saying stuff like his legacy in Australia is cemented and he is now a worldwide known name.

My question though is, especially with all this Dawson v Hopkins talk, where does Danny Green go from here?

Does he try to push for either Hopkins or Dawson? How much money and interest will a fight with Glen Johnson generate? Does he try and go for Adamek considering Green is a Cruiserwieth champ albeit the IBO 1?

Does Danny Green's KO of Roy make him a high risk for low pay fighter and prevent him from getting other decent names out there to fight him?

Unless he's prepared to go to America he won't get a fight with Dawson or Hopkins. Hopkins won't fight in Europe so it's impossible for Green vs. Hopkins to happen in Australia. I don't think Green will fancy travelling when he can sell out a 21000 seater stadium either. What kind of TV money does he get in Australia? Anybody know how much he made from the fight?

Apparently 1nce the final PPV figures are finalised it should be around 6mil! Imagine how much Roy woulda pocketed from the PPV split?! Also last night's fight only did 16000 in attendance when the promoters were actually hoping for 18000 minimum so dat was abit of a downer for them.
