Default Shockingly lopsided fights of 2009

Well I was surprised to see Cotto get taken out the way he did, I was surprised to see how bad Marquesz looked against Mayweather, surprised to see Margarito get knocked out....not that I thought any of them would win but I didnt think it would be so lopsided.

    What fight surprised you?

I was surprised at the ease in which Agbeko beat Vic, it was not a close fight and Vic took a beating.

Pacquiao - Cotto wasn't totally one-sided until the later rounds. Cotto was actually a lot more competitive early than I thought he would be.

As for the question, Ward - Kessler is the one which really sticks out for me. Kessler was never even in the fight.

Same here. Losing is something but the way he did... I never saw it coming.

Pavlik - Hopkins. Thought it would be close but more then gave Pavlik a chance. Instead was a one-sided Bhop clinic in lateral movement and ring smarts. Pavlik punching straight forward at a guy who wasn't there, and getting hit like he was surrounded.

I thought the guys who won would win, but the way they did it was surprising.

These were already mentioned but the two that got me was Williams/Winky and Ward/Kessler. I was utterly shocked how easy these guys won. I wavered in picking a winner before the fight but if I was told the fight was dominated by one fighter I would've thought it was the guy who lost in each bout.
