Good vid. The only problem was Kellerman doing the commentary.

Let me guess the Manny Pacquiao/Mayweather fight will be an HBO Pay Per View? It don't get any more obvious. The video fails. It felt like a hard sell in the end. Not very subtle. I can't say that I am too excited about this match up but let's hope that changes as the time of the fight nears. HBO could have done a better job, they left so much out.

How can you not be excited about the two best boxers in the world fighting each other?

Is it a DONE deal? Maybe once this becomes a sure thing, I will get a little more pumped up. I am still waiting for all the red tape to be cut and why am I not excited? I guess Floyd's style turns me off but if Floyd out boxes Manny like he did to Marquez, then it will be good. I just don't want to watch Floyd run all night because Manny can't do anything to a man who runs. Just watch how Cotto ran in the end. I know what you are going to say, Manny has to learn to cut off the ring better. But if Floyd does not come to fight, it will suck as much as Direll vs Froch or Duran vs Ray Leonard 2. I want to see a fight god darn it.

It's essentially a done deal, but we're going to have to wade through a sea of bullshit before it becomes official. It'll happen within the year.

As for Floyd running, I really think he's going to try and make a statement against Manny. He knows this fight with play a primary role in defining his legacy and I expect him comprehensively outbox Pacquiao, but I don't expect him to run.

I like Max Kellerman. He lost a brother a few years back in hellish circumstances and I'm glad he's doing so well for himself now.

Ah....ya.... isn't that what Sugar Ray Leonard did with Roberto Duran? An outside boxer standing up against a brawler? Surprised everyone.... OK.....then, that makes total sense. I sure hope you're right. Sugar Ray Leonard lost that one!

I don't expect Mayweather to go toe-to-toe with Pacquiao, but I don't expect him to run. I'm sure he'll spend a good deal of the fight going backwards and leading Pacquiao into counter punches, but I don't consider that running.

I dont expect Mayweather to run either. I expect him to keep the fight at distance but I think hes going to try and get his jab going early and then start pressuring Manny by mid rounds. Mayweather has better reach and equal speed so really the question is what is Manny going to do?

His style does really well against guys coming at him because hes so good at stepping around and punching in angles but at range he has some problems.
