Seven-division world champion Manny Pacquiao became even more incensed at Floyd Mayweather Jr., Floyd Sr. and executives of Golden Boy Promotions (GBP) for what he alleges are twisting facts and coming up with false statements that intended to cover up the mess that they created even as they put the blame on the Manny and his team for the snag of talks to make the projected biggest fight in history from happening. “I can’t believe these guys can lie without batting an eyelash and they would even make it appear that I am the culprit for the delay of the fight and saying that I don’t want it to happen,” said Pacquiao in Tagalog, as he released part of the information that he has been keeping—proof that Mayweather Jr. directly accused him of performance enhancement drugs (PED) use.

“Liars go to hell. They should be man enough and own up to their words,” said Pacquiao, as he recalled information that pointed out to Mayweather Jr. categorically stating that “the Philippines has the best (performance) enhancement drugs,” supporting what his father, Mayweather Sr. and his uncle Jeff Mayweather, have openly claimed in past interviews. They all claimed that Pacquiao was into some kind of “roids” (steroids) or has used other banned substances.

Manny has always been the quite type. Yet here he is exploding. It's clearly without a doubt a sign of riod rage. It's good to see he's except the fact he's going to burn for eternity.

Taking the blood tests and coming out clean showing everybody that the rumors are not true is waaaaaay better than backing off and looking for cheap childish excuses making everybody have doubts about him using PEDs and questioning his accomplishments.

Like someone said before, imagine you were accused of stealing in a store and were asked to empty your pockets. Anybody would empty the pockets to prove them wrong as a slap in the face. It would be foolish to come up with excuses: "I am not showing you my pockets because I am supersticious...I will not show you my pockets because it makes me nervous...No no no, wait a minute, I won't show you my pockets because you just want to control me you bully...I will show you my pockets if you tell me exactly what day and time of the day you will come to check them..." Come on Pac! Prove people wrong and take the random blood tests!

I agree but I think they might be panicking that something may be in his system right now and are stalling before they think its out his system and do a big public blood test.

Obviously if he knows the tests will be random if the fight gos ahead then he will stay clean and not test positive, that wouldnt prove that he hasnt in the past and it certainly wont rid the doubt that he alone has planted.

In response to Chino's post, there are plenty of people that wouldn't empty their pockets. They would go get their lawyer and accuse the store owner of profiling. They would say things like "why didn't you ask everyone else in the store to empty their pockets, why just me?". Kind of a weak argument there.

While they are not the best citizens out there I think it's been unfair and really uncalled for, for you to associate Arum, Margarito and King with a punk, bittch cheater like Pacneedle

Accusations like this is like the US accusing Iraq of weapon of mass destruction backing it up with said satellite photos as proof, hyping it using the media, and using the UN to make Iraq look bad, yet when they go to war in Iraq not a single weapon of mass destruction was found.

I'm telling you this is Floyds last cry for people to come out and like him. He wants to be the good guy and it will NOT work with me. If I am wrong excuse me for saying so, but Manny is not on 'roids.

When you say "superstitious" are you referring to his lack of desire to take a blood test within a {WINDOW}... Manny is trying to preserve his rights as an individual and his knowledge of his own body. He clearly said. "I do not want to have any of my blood take within a month of the fight." It's not the RANDOMS that are bothering him. I don't think his reasoning is that bad. Plus it's not like the steroids you take before a fight are what makes the difference in the long run. You gotta juice and workout... Hard.

I think it's childish of Mayweather to think he is going to catch him in this red handed. He knows Manny has done an incredible job handling his career, and this is just a way for Mayweather to look "good" for once. Manny has risen to the top while being a role model. Floyd? well he's just another jackass: another T.O., OchoCinco, Iverson, Tiger, or Zab Judah.

Everyone thinks he's such a horrible excuse for a person anyway. Anyone who can't think of anything to associate his name with other than "money." I mean come on, El Terrible, Manos De Pedra, Golden Boy, but seriously money needs to put it where his mouth is and NEGOTIATE a contract. Get on with it, the fight will sell, stop trying to draw more attention to yourself before you KTFO.

Maybe making more time for whatever he has in his vains to flush out, eh? And also asking for very specific dates/time frame to be tested and all their silly excuses. Very fishy from the Pac Team.

The sad thing is... Pac has been showing his weapons of mass destruction (arm #1, arm #2) for the last 10 years like few other boxers in history. Iraq had them "hidden"!
