    Default Starting the Day, training/breakfast

    Hey everyone,

    I'm new around here and just wondering if i could get some tips as to starting
    off the day... usually i wake up around 5 go for run, come back around 6 and eat breakfast, lately i've been getting bored with breakfast, so if anyone knows any good breakfast recipes (that dont include tofu, cant stand the stuff :P) I'm up for just about anything...

    then im off to Class for a few hours and then hit the gym for more cardio/weight training.

    Anyone have any things to add to my morning regime? i dont mind waking up earlier to get in some extra work so any workouts that you guys do that really give you a boost in the morning would be great..

    Every morning i do a bodyweight circuit of as many press ups, pull ups, tricep dips, sit ups and one legged squats as i can in one set.
