Hello, i am new at this forum. My name is Jim i am 16 years old. I recently started working out my biceps a lot. Two weeks ago i noticed this
This is more visible while im working out and my arm its under a light. When i thouch it, it feels like a bump that it starts from the outer bicep and ends all the way across at the start of my inner bicep. Please help, i dont know what it is and im freaked out.

Those are called muscles son. Don't be alarmed. Any time I flex, I say check out this tumor.
