Thread: Why are some people think the Haye/Harrison fight was fixed lol.

Go get youself a nice Audley career gift set for Crimbo, expecially look out for his performance v Dominic Guinn and Danny Williams on average in them fights he probably threw less per round than he did saturday night.

Haye thought he was the Alan Sugar of boxing but he is not as shrewd as he thought and I see alot of people boycotting any further PPV fights unless it is the Klits.

Is BBBoC investigating it?

I don't think the fight was fixed per say, I just thought the gambling element of it was unsporting.

And I compared the fight to Green-Briggs in terms of its competitive nature.

Yes as soon as Haye came out and said that to the cameras about the extra money he made did him no favours and will effect his ppv sales in the future unless it is on of the brothers, me aand you were the main people on here who new this fight was a joke, Harrison should retire he aint no fighter he is scared of his own shadow, Haye should of fought his sparring partner Brewster the same night as a sorry to all the fans who thought they were in for a treat!!

The only thing fixed was that Haye didn't KO Audley for the first two rounds

Most people picking against Haye would have done the same had he been fighting Ian Napa. Haters or jokers.

Okay. I just saw the fight for the first time.

I don't think it was fixed at all. But it was god awful fight.

Fixed? Do people actually think that Audley would throw a fight that nobody thought he could win?? I am so confused. Isn't the better man supposed to lose when that happens? That would ensure lots of money exchanges hand for the wrong reason.

I had a 2and a half hour drive to manchester, didnt think it would last longer than 3 round but i expected Audley to throw some punches before he got ko'ed.

not sure why anyone is upset. It was audley fuckin harrison what did people expect. Anyone who bought tix's or wasted their time watching that garbage got what they asked for. Don't see the problem.

lol at the idea that anybody thinks that people are under the impression harrison was paid off or something.
nobody thinks that Haye had to pay Harrison to go down in the 3rd (the ref stopped it with Audley on his feet for a start) Talk about blowing what people are saying out of proportion.

But the fact remains that Haye had his mates stick money on the 3rd round and then does nothing in the third round that he couldn't of done in the literally unevent 1st and 2nd.

Like I keep saying, only Haye knows for certain that he didn't wait till the 3rd on purpose but nobody can say that it doesn't stink of it.

You do understand that taking a dive involves going down and staying down? Unless you're blind or as dumb as you seem I'm pretty sure you noticed Audley got back up and the ref stopped the fight?

Have you ever watched boxing before? You've never seen a boxer taunt another boxer or get in his face?

lol for fucks sake... the issue is not whether Audley was paid off or not but whether Haye slapped the fans in the face by prancing about for the first 2 rounds to help his mates make a few bob.

Another thing, thinking about it I would doubt Haye would be ringside telling the world him his friends and family have made a shit load of cash by betting on the 3rd round, if the fight was a fix!!
