Default Froch-Johnson set for June 4th

Froch vs Johnson Battle Heads To Atlantic City on June 4 - Boxing News

It's at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. I'm really looking forward to it, should be a entertaining fight. Johnson is very tough and will come right at Froch, he's going to have to be on the top of his game otherwise he could slip up with this one. I'm taking Froch by a relatively close, hard fought UD. Let's hope Sky pick it up now

Yes that would be good to have Sky showing it. Froch fighting away from home again.

Froch by TKO. He's at the top of his game and Johnson is going to get old one of these days, especially fighting at such a low weight. I know he looked great against Allan Green (who I also picked to TKO him ), but Froch is a totally different animal.

This is a great fight to see where Froch really is at. Johnson has some dog in him though. He'll bring it strong until the final bell. I like Froch in a hard fought UD where there are times that Froch looks vulnerable, but manages to pull it out. In fact, I'm going to try to go this one.

That's it if CFH says Froch wins then Johnson is a certainty.

Contractual obligation that the semi finals and finals would be held in America unfortunately. It'd be good to see Froch back in the UK, I'm sure Johnson wouldn't have any problem travelling. Can't see it being PPV over here if Sky pick it up though can you? That would mean Khan PPV in April, Cleverly-Braehmer PPV in May, Froch-Johnson PPV in June and Haye-Klitshcko PPV in July. Something has to give surely, I can't see them putting 4 PPV's on in as many months

Well, I was the winner of last seasons Prediction Contest .

I just don't see anything in an old and potentially weight-drained Johnson that is going to trouble Froch. Johnson's pressuring style is going to play right into Froch's strengths.

Yeah, and with it being in America there's no way it could be PPV too, nobody would be awake to buy it. It's only those that are very interested in and aware of boxing that would buy it if it was on at peak time, let alone 4am in the morning.
Shame though, Froch deserves coverage. Looking forward to the fight, I reckon a Froch UD too, perhaps a late stoppage.

I would be impressed if Froch stopped Johnson.

Me too RantCatRat, but he's powerful and due a stoppage Johnson has to age sometime, as someone previously said. Definitely will be a good contest.
