    Default favorite heavy bag to punch.

    Just wondering which heavy bag is everyone's favorite to hit?
    Mine has got to be the Title leather 150 pound. and anyone like water bags?

    i am really fond of the heavy bags they have at la fitness, does long muy thai type bgs have decent weight on em, i like how my punches snap against it

    don't really like the water bags. while they are easier on the hands, they don't mimic movement very well in response and it's hard it get a good rhythm going on them. hitting the bag is only one part of a decent bag workout. the other is moving around it and practicing your footwork doing so.

    I dig a good double-ended bag for that reason. One with true movement and plenty of floor space for footwork.

    Just got this goatskin Mex style bag...not the top and bottom, it looks like a tear drop and is prolly 7"? Takes total focus and hand eye coordination
