I's it the music? If so I dont see a problem. You can pretty much work out to whatever music motivates you.
Is it the routine/exercise he was doing? If so I dont know much about training to comment if its wrong or whatever.
I guess it can also be a combination of both?
Anywho someone give me a clue...

The music sucks ass, but I don't get it either. For what it's worth, I believe July 2nd, Wlad is going to make a statement, he's going to be in the best shape of his life and put on his best performance ever.

The music: yup, you can train to whatever you want... I just never had him as a Jacko fan... I can't be the only one who found it a bit odd? I hate to see it, but I can see Borat loving Jacko

The training: I'm assuming he's preparing to spar and watching Haye on the TV... I'm just not sure why he is standing so square on and throwing little half arsed punches.
