Hello guys , at first I want to introduce myself ,since I am new to this forum.
I am called Daniel , I'm 17 years old and from Slovakia. I've been weight lifting for 7 months now but I want to start boxing. I need to get better condition first before going to our local boxing gym class , so I will do a lot of running / exercises with own weight like pushups / chin ups and sit ups.
I'm going to do this program that is called Navy SEAL training over summer (much free time).

1,6 km = 1 mile

Running plan :
Week 1 & 2 - 3,2 kilometres per day , 1,6 km = 8 and half minute Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Week 3 - Not running - risk of fatigue injuries
Week 4 - 4,8 km per day Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Week 5 & 6 - 3,2/4,8/6,4/3,2 kms per day Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
Week 7,8,9 - 6,4/6,4/8/4,8 kms per day Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday


Workout plan :
The pause between each set will be 15 seconds.

Week 1 - pushups 4x15 / situps 4x20 / chin-ups 3x3
Week 2 - pushups 5x20 / situps 5x20 / chin-ups 3x3
Week 3,4 - pushups 5x25 / situps 5x25 / chin-ups 3x4
Week 5,6 - pushups 6x25 / situps 6x25 / chin-ups 2x8
Week 7,8 - pushups 6x30 / situps 6x30 / chin-ups 2x10
Week 9 - pushups 6x30 / situps 6x30 / chin-ups 3x10

As looking to this It will be very hard for me but I'll do my best to complete this program.
