It's highly debatable whether, or not, Joe Cortez ordered "box on" so if Ortiz appeals what do you all think the chances are?

watch the fight and video he clear as day tells them to fight on.
Good lesson to all boxers: be always ready. Ortiz could only blame himself. On the other hand those almost 4 rounds clearly proved that FM was winning the fight. No doubt.
Hopely Ortiz stop whining and start to learn what professional boxing is all about.

I didn't like the Primetime coverage as instead if using the American commentary they used their own over a very muted ambient audio.
So if Cortez did say "box on" we wouldn't have been able to hear it anyway. If people who watched the HBO coverage heard him then I believe them, but that doesn't excuse Cortez's poor handling of the situation, nor explain why he was flirting with the timekeeper.
I saw it on Primetime and I heard him call fight on. Cortez has made a statement too.
