Mine is probably Kelly Holmes winning the Olympic 800m and 1500m in 2004.

Most dramatic is Michael Thomas last minute goal for Arsenal against Liverpool in 1988.

Also...England were shit that day and Becks played like a man possessed. Still think its his best ever perfromance in an England shirt...the goal was awesome

There's been a few moments, the incredible match for the Superbowl between the Cards and the Steelers, stressing up to the last minute, the Boston Bruins winning the Stanley Cup this year after almost 40 years, the Red Sox exorcising the curse of the Bambino after 80+ years...

2005 Liverpool's comeback on AC Milan in the finals of the Champions League

East Carolina beating the football powerhouse on Miami AT NC State (due to Hurricane Floyd & flooding in Greenville, NC) tearing down the goalposts and then playing NC State AT NC State and beating them....also wearing buttons that said "We thanked 'em, then we spanked 'em" before the game....good times

That was amazing...i'd still put Gazzas goal against Scotland before it tho in Euro 96!
