Anyone seen anything of Yohei Tobe?

He turned professional earlier this year and has already fought a former champion and a former challenger...in just 3 fights! Anyone know much about him?

Very good looking prospect. He's been highly touted in Japan for awhile. I believe he was a 2 time National champion I think. Or something like that. He's 24. So I don't think he can be considred a prospect for long. He's very advanced. Really I consider him more of a contender than prospect

Kono is no slouch, neither is Singwangcha. Given both guys experience they are great victories even though both have slipped

For anyone else following Tobe he returns to the ring on February 13th to face Ryan Bito (21-8-3, 7)

Check out the balls on this guy, in his next fight (only his 5th) Tobe is set to face undefeated 18-0-2 Ryo Akaho in August. Definitely being matched tough
