I dont think so and im not basing this opinion off the Vazquez fight either.. Ive always had my suspicions of Nonito's effectiveness above 118..

    What happens in this fight??

I think it would be a great fight. I see this fight like the Vazques fight. Nishioka looking good but Donaire getting the more dangerous shots off and pressing foward all the time. My guess is Donaire by split decision but I would never count out Nishioka. Is this fight actually happening?

You may be right. I'm not convinced either. Isn't it also a little suspect that Donaire faced Vasquez Jr. with the stated intention of facing Arce and then Nishioka, but now after his performance against Vasquez Jr., he is facing Mijares? Nothing against Mijares. I just thought we were going to get Nishioka.

Mijares must be feeling confident as well as he has a fight scheduled this month, before Donaire. Mijares is a great boxer and the fact that Bilbo spent two years bitching about his rating without ever watching him fight makes me want to back him even more. I think Mijares nicks a decision over an overlooking Donaire.

I gotta wonder when Chemito is going to move up in weight. I would love to see him mop the floor with Donaire.

For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Wow, that is shit matchmaking. What has Mijares done since beating Arce (besides get his ass beat by Vic)? How did he even get into the discussion. A fight with Arce would have been disappointing enough; this is complete crap.

Donaire is way better and will simply knock Toshiaki out. The only thing TN has two thinks going for him. One he has a good chin and the other is he's a SouthPaw.

Well, since losing to Vic, he lost to Cermeno 2 times in a row. Then he beat 8 journeymen. That automatically qualifies him for a shot at a guy ranked in the top 10 P4P.

The only Donaire fights that make sense for fight fans are Nishioka and Rigondeaux. But of course Bullshit Bob Arum is going to try to feed us this shit and tell us it is really gourmet chocolate.

Nishioka isn't exactly a defensive minded fighter. He walks straight line and unleash straight left

It's a good fight this one, two great fighter's facing each other what more do you want I go for
Donaire, but it's not going to be a walk in the park for him.
Nishioka will make him fight Nonito, will have to be top of his game to beat him roll on I can not wait.

It's a match up of Nishioka aging and Donaire not being settled at 122...very even fight for me. If it was 24 months ago I'd be strongly backing Nishioka...now It's probably a toss up.

Nothing wrong with the Mijares fight as long as Christian is confident enough to fight at his best.

I don't know how you can possibly say that with a straight face.
