Default Theophane, Prescott want Khan in the UK

Just reading boxingscene, and both of these two are calling out Khan. Who do you think Khan should fight next? I think he needs to stay clear of Prescott, imagine if he did fight him and he was to get KO'd again it really would be career over...

Theopane lost last time out to a nobody but claims it was through lack of frustration of a big named opponent. I think this wouldn't be too bad of a choice to be honest.

Devon Alexander has told Khan to move up to 147 now and after he beats Bailey he said he would fight Khan. Would this be Khans best chance of getting back into the limelight? I think Alexander would beat Khan, maybe by knockout.

There's the malinaggi rematch too, I bet Malinaggi would love to try and avenge that loss. He's looking strong at 147, but Khans beaten him before...maybe this is a good option for khan?

I think Khan really has a lot of thinking to do about his career, he needs to box fighters for 12 rounds , he's shown us he can't stand there and trade as he has no punch resistance at this level. It's a shame really because I like Khan, but I don't like seeing him lose in brutal KO fashion, it's not nice to see.

I think Kell Brook at 147 could also be an option, after Kells last outing he might also struggle at the top at 147, maybe this could be a crossroads fight for both men trying to earn a title shot?

I think Khan needs to get his confidence back. Fight Theophane and after winning that go fight Prescott and redeem himself, avenge a defeat and perhaps that allows him to mentally accept who he is/who he can be as a fighter.

Amir is just going to be broken for a while, filled up with doubts about himself and his talent avenging a loss could help

Yep , Khan's avoided Prescott rematch before and to take it now would be a bad move on his part. Too much pressure and danger could see him bottle it and get sparked

Brook not a good idea either. No idea who Theophane is such is my dwindling boxing knowledge these days.

Pains me to say it but Malignaggi is probably likely option. Even a flush punch from him won't trouble Amir - a win won't do much for Khan mind but will get his confidence back.

Or what if the rematch in UK is offered with Garcia ?!? Again danger but can he refuse it

Khan could beat Theophane with a blindfold on. He's not slipped that far for fucks sake.

If ever Prescott was worth a rematch it's now.

All Khan needs is one comeback win and a big British fight with Kell Brook is sold. That fight is far closer now he's just been eliminated from the super league. Simple as.

If Hatton was to make a comeback Theophane would be a solid fight for him before a Malinaggi fight

I wonder if Hatton really is going to make a comeback?? there has been so much talk, I cant wait for full confirmation. How do you actually think he would do in a comeback??

I think he would struggle, his style is not suited for someone with all that wear & tear on him. Also he's never been the healthiest boxer outside the ring either. Let us not forget that he was out cold vs Pacquiao as well, i think he will have a problem taking any punches at all, but there's always that little bit of hope that he could somehow still have the goods as a fighter and make some good matches happen.

I always thought Hatton vs Judah would have been good, but it's too late for that now.

Khan will be hoping Brook picks up the IBF title and relieve him of that or Paulie of the WBA title. Then everything will be alright

Think Khan should stay at light welter as he said he can make the weight comfortably and win back some confidence. There may be good opportunities to fight and win for the B level titles that Paulie and Bradley/Alexander have but Khan is not a legitimate welterweight yet.

If Khan is prepared to fight a hard hitter like Garcia in December, then he should be confident enough to take on Prescott should the Garcia fight not happen. It will avenge that defeat and shut up critics and give him the confidence to move on to Garcia.

I am concerned that if Hatton was to come back that his abuse to his body and the long lay off would certainly factor in a championship fight. If he did actually give it a good go and managed to fight Malinaggi again I would how that would go this time? I think paulie has improved a lot and he might be a bit too much for Hatton, this is a rematch i wouldnt mind seeing if Hatton got into a position where he could challenge for a title again.

Pressure fighters don't age well, thats just a fact of life. Hatton isn't just an old pressure fighter he is always having a pint or 12 and allowing himself to get out of shape. Maybe he's still got something in the tank, but I would be surprised.

I would love for Ricky to have success in his comeback and fight Khan, but it is not likely

I just wanna see a Garcia rematch. I think even Garcia and his camp were suprpised to win and a more shrewd Khan could win a shut out in a rematch. Then move up to 147.

It may sound stupid, but I don't think Garcia and his dad will want any part of a rematch. After only 2 rounds there wer disilusioned and panicked.
