This link explains it in full , its been around for a long time but they are at it again to catch anyone new to Pay Pal.

Actually, if anything turns up in your mail that is even slightly suspicious just copy and paste the heading of what turned up into your browser and the answer will be there.


These types of pricks annoy me so much, they still catch so many people.
