Thread: Must give respect to Andre Ward

I thought this fight had snoozefest written all over it but Andre really delivered.

Thats what the sport needs, the P4P best guys to ENTERTAIN and close the show.

I know people will probably spin it and say "ohhh Chad isn't that good". Chad is a really good, solid fighter. A southpaw with big reach and solid boxing skills. Not to mention the much larger man. And Andre gave him a monumental ass whipping.

Floyd impressed me by putting on an exciting show against Cotto, here's hoping boxing's big stars will step up to the plate more like this. It's great for the sport.

Yepp, people let their hate for Ward cloud their judgement - I don't care for his style much usually but last night he was immense. Let's be real here. Already one of the best super middles of all time and so early in his career.
