    Default E Bay

Has anyone used the service and is it good. I am looking to replace my Blackberry phone which I lost and have to see the last 7 months of the contract and there seems some good deals which seem too good to be true.

    Any tips and experiences appreciated.

I have bid for a phone £3.20 which is a ridiculous price, would they sell it to me if it is the highest bid? It has no reserve.

    It is £10.50.

    The phone is worth £50-£70.

If it has no reserve then they have no choice but to sell it at the price it goes far.

check the descriptions of the ebay items carefully because a lot of people just use fancy wording to rip you off.
make sure the user selling the items has a good star rating with good feedback and you will be fine.

I primarily do most of my online shopping on eBay. Just not having to fill out my card details when I purchase as they're already stored is a big plus.

Just make sure you're buying off someone with good feedback and most of the time you can't go wrong. If the phone is worth £60ish then I'd expect it to sell for that. Most people (like me) bid in the very last few seconds. The only way you get something cheap in my experience is when either they have misspelt the title listing or not provided enough info, they have dodgy feedback or the listing ends in the early hours of the morning.

Either try and win it with a last minute bid or if that's not convenient then set your 'maximum bid' to a figure you are happy to pay and hope you get it.

It is £22 but I will wait, it finishes in exactly 24 hours so will bid then.

things usually find there price, unless he has made a spelling mistake this will go for around the £40 mark or a fiver less that whatever the buy it now price is.

always check feedback from other sales and if they have less than 1 negative for every 200 positives you will be OK

My mrs swears by it. All I ever see on our bank statement are PayPal transactions for a few quid.
