Thread: Who next for Daniel Geale? Why can't he get a start with Martinez, Chavez Jr etc.?

Since Sammy Soliman returned a positve drug test in Germany his fight with Daniel Geale is cancelled, but who next for Geale?

Y is he having such a hard time securing a fight with either Martinez or Chavez when the Ring Magazine ranks him so highly?!?

Martinez is out for the foreseable future and I have doubts chavez makes 160 ever again.

Im getting tired of these mediocre, European MWs going up against MArtinez.. Please, no more Daniel Geals, Murrays and the Macklins..

Martinez needs a real challenge before he hangs em up. He needs to face the likes of GGG and QUillin..

Hmmm first of all Australia aint in Europe. Second of all Murray almost beat Martinez. If it wasnt in Argentina he could very easily have lost. He was a great fighter but hes past it now. Put him in with GGG and he gets murdered.

I think he does not get the big fights because he is Australian. He should challenge British fighters.

I think a Murray V Geale fight would be good, he will be wasting his time if he is forced to face Soliman.

when I moved here I was surprised by the abysmal geography knowledge by many, but can't blame them since geography is a course here when taught its done by "coaches" more often than not.

I actually think Geale vs Macklin would be a great fight aswell as vs Murray too. To be fair, even if they aren't world class, i say between Murray, Macklin, Geale and Barker, there are some GREAT fights to be had..... Really great, memorable back and forth battles.

I think sooner or later too, THE fight to make will be Golovkin vs Quillen IMO....

Read that Martin Murray would not mind fighting in Australia against Geale as he thinks he would get a fair shot over there.
