Default RJJ / Steve Collins. Fight agreement?

Anybody watch "The gloves are off" last night on sky sports?

Collins asked Roy for the fight right at the end and they shook on it.

I really wanna see this fight!

I know they're both past it, but god damn it I'm nostalgic lol.

I'm on my iPad and the video only works on desktop computers so I can't check if its the whole show.

But it seems like it is.

    It's such a good watch.

I think everyone wanted to jab Eubank.

I disagree, Collins was a top planner, he figured out some very good world champions and beat them, then figured out what they'd do in the rematch and beat them again.

Plus he was tough as old boots.

Roy may have won the fight years ago, but something in him knew it was a rock, hence one of the biggest dodges in recent boxing history.

back in the day it would have been a cracking fight to watch and could have gone either way

i side with jones now tho simply because he has been active

i think he'll win by stoppage by about 8

Maybe, but from what was said on the show "The gloves are off" Collins has never stopped training, so it may still be closer than we think.

The only thing he figured out where they were no longer in there prime when he fought them. Benn was a shell of what he once was when Collins got him. And Eubank pretty much became a pussy after the Watson fights. Collins was a tough fighter. But he was tailor made for Jones. He would of had as much success against Jones as Clinton Woods had

    I think it's pathetic.

Back in the day it would've been a good name for Roy to put on his record. Collins wasn't a big puncher and was a bit of a plodder. Roy would have played with him.

I think they were trying to look for some idiot who would finance this fight but not enough could be raised.

    Cheers.

Whether collins has been training hard or not he hasnt been fighting.

Collins is strong and a true warrior but he seemed to miss the best of his main opponents primes..and why was there no calzaghe fight.

Because Collins retired after getting knocked out in sparring by Howard Eastman.

That was a great video. I love those round table shows. Entertaining.

Is it me or do Steve Collins and Eubank still have immense dislike for each other?

I like Collins but a Reggie Johnson sharpshooting you and pin pointing uppercuts says Jones would have multiplied that big time. This happening now though is a carnival show and terrible. Jones is mocking his career and becoming a punchline to a bad knock knock joke. Save this shit for the circus.
