I know we dont see what happened before the camera rolled, but it cant be too bad or he would be in the dust cuffed and bleeding already.

Yet this bloke is crying and screaming "I am this, I am that, I know this,you dont know the law etc etc. In my mind if he had said "yeah officer Ive got a license in my wallet you are free to see it,Ill keep my hands on my head for you its in my right pocket. Then they wouldnt of been pissed off with the dick head for trying to be the man.

Anyway what the fuck is someone doing walking through a farming area with a machine gun? (Even if it is lawful).

Wouldnt he be expecting to be checked out? (set the whole thing up )

Still, the law is the law and if you are legally able to walk around with a gun, then that is the law. There was no real reason to arrest the man and set up or no set up, the police were going to take him away no matter what. That in itself is wrong and shows them as a law unto themselves. I felt sorry for the boy at the end crying like that. They arrested his Dad and based on a situation where the father really didn't lose his cool at all. I am impressed with Victor Charlie and hope he does it again.

the law in america though is you can carry. period. so if that is the law, then on what basis did they stop him and question him? does that mean the cops can stop and detain and question anybody anytime at their own discretion BASED ON WHAT that is where the law breaks down iasnt it? this idiot was out to prove something and he proved it, that american police abuse the law and detain and harrass BASED ON WHAT

I think any cop worth his salt is going to question anyone carrying a machine along a road what their story is, even if it is the law being able to carry one.

So everyone understands it is 100% legal to openly carry a rifle in Texas. Andre that is a semi-automatic rifle and not a machinegun. Outside of some cosmetics on the exterior it does not have the same capabilities as the rifle a Soldier carrys in battle. Not only is it perfectly legal to carry the rifle but private citizens are under no obligation to speak to law enforcement unless they are being detained due to probable cause of their envolvement in a crime. This is a perfect example of American law enforcement over reacting and treating law abiding citizens like criminals. Fuck those pigs. Oh and I'm much trimmer than that guy but kiddos for taking one on the chin to show what a bunch of cocksuckers those cops are. Now I happened to have been stationed with that guy and he is pretty over the top on the 2nd amendment even for me but someone shouldn't get treated like that if they haven't broken the law. That being said, what you don't see in this video is the cop asking for him to hand over the rifle so they can talk and the Soldier refuses b/c legally he doesn't have to. The Soldier should have done what he was told then educated the dumbass on the law.

The Soldier didn't have a problem with answering the questions. He had a problem with being disarmed illegally.

I've met him. He is kind of douche and never could carry my boots.

Im just saying in his position Im sure you or me would have them driving away satisfied they had done their job nad us going on our merry way.
