Default Which power mechanics are superior?

Basically there are 3 main ways ive heard of to rotate the hips for a straight right or right cross punch.

    1) Is to grind the cigerette out or twist the foot which then twists the leg and then the hips.

    2) Is to push of the rear foot to twist the hips, this is a really unusual method and so I have supplied the video above so you can see it for yourself.

    3) Is a combination of both pushing off the rear foot and twisting the rear foot at the same time so its like half number 1) and half number 2) combined.

    4) The shoulder swirl you rotate the shoulders which then get the hips moving and then the feet pivoting this is an old school method which is still suprisingly powerful

Now this gets confusing to the untrained eye they all looked the same. This is because when you push with the rear foot(2) the hips spin and the spinning of the hips makes the foot spin the key difference is the push of the foot came first before the foot started twisting. Where as normally the foot twisting came first(1). In method (3) you push and twist at the same time as the very first movement which then spins the hips. With method 4 the shoulders turn then the hips then the feet in that order.

My question is out of 1, 2, 3 and 4 which supplies the most power and WHY do you think this?

    ALSO

Is it better to have your obliques (midsection)

    A) contribute/ assist the rotation of the hips?

    B) Lock the shoulders to the hips so they become one unit so the obliques and abs isometrically contract

    or

    C) Leave them completely loose so you get a whip effect from them
