Thread: What up with the Marquez-Bradley PED testing?

I thought that the agreement in the contract was for both VADA and USADA. Bradley wanted VADA; Marquez wanted USADA. So, they do both types of tests. Makes sense to me. So, what's with the hold-up on the testing involved here? Am I missing something?

It gets dodgier. Uncle Bob has invented his own agency to handle the testing. All 100% above board Kosher, reliable and neutral.

Hopefully Bradley can now stop his fucking complaining. The way he kept bitching over nothing made me think he was gonna pull out. Wouldn't surprise me if he still does

I didn't like the sounds of Bradleys comments on this either, he should have learned not to carry such a chip into the ring after his last fight, if indeed that had anything to do with it.

I personally don't think Bradley has a prayer in this fight anyways, Marquez isn't going to let him off the hook once he hurts him.

Bradley needs to stfu and just train. The fight is getting near and this dude is crying about some bullshit . Since when did he care so much about testing. Everybody wants to be like Floyd now.

He's lucky to be getting a shot at Marquez.

He was begging for a Rios or Mike Jones fight before now he saying he will out of a much bigger JMM fight.

It was USADA who were the testing organisation for the Garcia-Morales clusterfuck. The worst thing anybody has to say about VADA is that Conte is involved with them. It isn't true, he just thinks that they're the most honest testing organisation out there.

Conte sells legal supplements now. He's on the side of the angels now as far as PEDs go. MLB investigators recently interviewed him over legal stuff he'd sold A Rod and he gave them a huge amount of information on how to test more effectively and what to look for to take back to MLB bosses. He's offering to consult to major sports bodies for free to help improve testing.

And Conte is also reminding people that Memo Heredia promised after Marquez KOd Manny that every fighter he trained in the future for any fight would be tested by VADA. Number of fighters that have done any random testing since he said that: zero.

Yeah, was aware that he was working with various athletes legally, but I'm still pretty dubious about that. The man is a complete expert on steroids and testing for them, and realizes as well as anybody how rampant they are and how difficult it is to compete at the top without them in some sports. He may not be laundering money any more, but I'm sure he would still give his athletes all the advice they could ask for about using PEDs and not getting caught.

As far as the A-rod thing, I suspect a lot of that is just to save face from both parties, but I haven't followed the recent scandal closely and I'm not a fan. If they were to actually expose all the drug cheats in baseball though half of the league would be goners and it would be a catastrophe for the MLB. I don't think anyone actually wants that, even the fans who pretend to.

I would just tell Bradley to be careful...I he knocks Marquez down 4 times in 2 fights, then Marquez will go around telling everyone that he won both fights against him...lol, Yeah I said it.
