Awesome I forgot this song, it has a touch of Emerson Lake and Palmer about it, bit of Manfred Mann sound too at the start middle of the song really pumps along love that unique screaming lead sound too.

I fookin hate all of them

I grew up at the tale end of punk and the beginning of new wave and NWOBHM so I hate Prog Rock. Particularly ELP, and Boston and Manfredd Mann don't really improve matters much. Each to their own though. I have been asked to appear as a guest vocalist on a couple gigs with some old friends and bandmates who have put a Band together So the thread question is one I am currently mulling over. They have already learnt 70 covers!

I just have to choose a handful from a list including The Pistols,The Buzzcocks,The Damned, The Ruts, The Clash,999,Vapours,UK Subs,The Cure, Magazine,Stiff little Fingers,The Stranglers, Dead Boys, The Members, Gallows,Psychadelic Furs, Jilted John,QOTSA and I am still thinking of suggesting new ones. I shall leave you to your thread now.

Well you must really love the ones you mentioned, cause its only the wet days that make us love the hot summer ones and the hot summer ones that make us appreciate the rainy ones. Same with art and music to a degree. Opposites are usually the softer classics verses metal or punk. You dont like the middle ground stuff eh

. You'd hate modern blues too? I much prefer the old but I can appreciate the modern electric versions at times .Theres nearly too much of it now and fewer stand outs as the field widens.
