Thread: Andre Dirrell is such a waste of talent

Do you think the Abraham incident scarred him mentally? I thought he was one of the most talented fighters in the past 10 years.

He reminded me of Roy JOnes in subtle ways but he definitely had his own style.. He was one of the few guys who was able to fight in southpaw and Conventional stance with equal effectiveness and he switched up smooth as fuck. He was fast as fuck and boy got mad leverage on his punches. Dirrell was so explosive!!!

He probably can't get quality fights for the money. The big fights are with Bute, Ward, Froch and Chavez Jr. Perhaps maybe GGG and/or Martinez at a catchweight. I think he can do well against Froch, Bute, Chavez Jr. and Martinez. Maybe a tall order for GGG, Ward and Froch- but, sitting on the shelf won't help him.

Rematch Abraham. All indications have it that Abraham is SHOT. Good payday, for an easier way to victory against a good name you really need to satisfy the public that you beat, soundly.

Give Anthony his brothers skill and he would rule. Give Andre his brothers mind set and he would rule.

I honestly believe the incident in the AA fight did kick start the end for him

it was very obvious to everyone in the boxing community and anyone who has seen the footage not in the boxing community that it was bull shit

the embarrassment of it all has sent him under and noone wants anything to do with him
