Thread: Who is picking Rios?

I'm not. I'm certain some of you are though.

If so, why? Do you believe Pacquaio is shot?

I am not picking Rios, but I do not believe in Pac. I feel his magic is gone, simple as that

I don't know if I would bet on it, but I think Rios has a real good chance at winning. It wouldn't be smart for him to let Pac dictate the terms of the fight, let him move in and punch and potshot with his left hand. If he controls the distance and makes Pac fight, I think he'll do real well.

I don't think its as sure a win as I would have said say prior to Marquez but I do wonder how much his head is into the sport and if there are long ranging effects by that ko both physiologically and/or psychologically. That is the unknown for me. He was not just stopped, he was put to sleep. In a way Roach might have saved the fight.

Because of the way Marquez finished Pac. I personally wanted to celebrate the awesome KO but was only able to for @ 30 seconds because Pac looked dead. Boxing people say no , huggers are optimistic. Rios is just the right hand picked cherry ingredient to line up Pac for either Marquez or Mayweather. Bradley received a gift wi over Pac and people just will not pay to see him fight.

I think this is the right fight for Pac to find out if his chin is still intact. I think Pac will come out with confidence and try to make Hatton-like work out of Rios. But he and his camp know that if the going gets tough they can still box and pick Rios apart.

I like Rios. I'm going for him to win this. I feel like either Pac gets stopped by Rios or Pac wins by points.

*I want Rios to win, but Pac should win easily... BUT, Rios can punch and has a great chin... which can make for a great fight.
