Lawrence Cole is the worst US big fight referee. Only in Texas

Yet he keeps getting work.

When the TV announcers take turns raking you over the coals, it's time to find a new career.

I'm a little behind because I was watching the ending of hockey, but as I was posting this thread, lampley was ripping him apart. Called him dreadfell.

He's dad is in the Commission so he gets his son the big fights.

Lomachenko was the house fighter tonight. If Cole had run to form he would have deducted points from Salido, maybe even DQd him. But instead tonight he went against his MO andfavoured the opponent instead of the house guy. I've never seen that before.

Lawrence Cole works for the Texas Boxing Commission, and the Texas crowd was cheering for Salido tonight, who was really the home fighter.

He def should have deducted 1 point early to mid rounds from Salido.


Could have warned Lomachenko about all the holding too.

Loma deserves props not hate he lost to a solid pro in his second fight, and apparently closed real strong. I don't understand boxing fans we wana shit on wilder fofr fightin bums but then we wana shit on loma for going for history

Cole is the asterisk some are grabbing at. But Salido was too deep and too soon for Loma who can learn-use more in these 12 as a pro than he has learned in how ever many glorified ama fights he rode in on. He looked solid late. Take it and build.

this times a million there should be nothing but props for the dude!!! he went for history and came up short so what, fuckin wilder has had thirty fights now and yet to fight someone with a pulse is that what we want, loma could have fought bums for the next five years and shit but he tried to make history came up short by an inch so what!

Just out of curiosity why wasnt he ready for this? ANd so by your logic anyone who loses to Salido isnt ready for a title shot against him? You and Ross have got to be the 2 most biased posters on here.
