Thread: Had 2 tix to the canelo fight but.....

Had a wedding to go to. My girl's brother. She said I could skip the reception and go to the fight, but I knew I'd be looked at as a complete dick. I chose to not go. I didn't see any of the fight. Should I have gone? Fck.

DannyV, I dont blame you man cuz ive done the same, not once but twice..

First time was my finacee's friend's wedding so I didnt feel too bad. I had to watch Marquez-pac 4.. shit happens i tell her and she didnt talk to me, cook or anything for 2 days..

Second time was for donaire-mathebula at the home depot center..I was supposed to attend my sister's best friend wedding and ive known her for awhile too. I was willing to sacrafice the fight and watch it later but somehow, my buddy got ringside seats at the last minute and the devil started whispering in my ear again.. I just had to go and see my favorite fighter but I did make it up to her bigtime by buying her house a 50 inch Samsung tv.. I felt real bad tnis time but hey, it was nonito at our local venue..
