Thread: What would it take to have a Froch vs Groves 3

Dreaming perhaps! But I was thinking almost any outcome would not lead to a third fight -

Groves wins - Froch is over the hill - needs to retire (this is the general consensus not personal opinion)

Froch wins - he's beaten groves twice

Draw - perhaps but again - Froch will want to end his career on a different fighter


Simultanious KO - Would not bet against this the way the last fight was going!


What ending would make a rematch NEEDED again do you think?

Another close fight with a controversial ending. It would help, from what I heard, if one of them would talk like an ass in the post fight interview. Lol

As long as its fair I will be delighted to pay to watch it, and a third if thats what the public want and pay for. What I won't support is downright fiddling and bent officials like last time.

Perhaps if eddie hearn jumps into the ring a bit premature and gets them both disqualified.

If Groves wins then they will be a 3rd match, if Abraham can get a third fight after being beaten up then Froch can too,

If Froch loses on points he'll say the best man didn't win tonight, you know me I never make excuses but I was injured in training and couldn't train properly, I was only at 50 % tonight and if I get a rematch I'll beat him easily, he's not on my level etc. etc. Neither one of them is ever going to get another payday like this one, the only thing close to it will be a third fight. The best thing that can happen to both of them is a narrow Groves win with him hanging on at the end and more ring shenanigans when they're getting interviewed afterwards.

that actually could happen as well!!! - I can't work out if Groves threw froch off guard with his ability to stand and trade last time and this time froch will have him from the start or if Froch used everything he had to come back in that fight (like a true champion) and now Groves will only rise while he falls -
