Really good fighter from Corona CA- Home Gardens. One of the very best at 118. A lot of the old timers that saw him and Olivares and Zarate and Jofre say he beats them all.

Great fighter. I was thinking about the time machine thread earlier today and was going to start with the traditional 8. I got to Bantam and took Jofre and a guy I would move both backward and forward through time to fight the others. Ortiz would have most definitely been one. It amazes me that Harada was able to best him twice.

I used to own tape of both Harada/Jofre fights. Watched them several times.
