Well... There's the BOB issue. Floyd said he would fight Manny if Manny was no longer with Arum. Floyd assured him that he would fight Manny and that way Manny make waaaayyy more money on his own rather than resigning with Bob.
He tried to free Pacquiao but Pac didn't want the freedom.

I think Floyd can probably get over that hang up in the interest of making a mega fight. Apparently there are new reports out that says Floyd and Showtime want the fight so maybe we'll see it in May pending a Pac win over Algieri.

If Mayweather has two more fights on his contract and wants to retire, I think a Pac showdown and probably a rematch with Cotto are the most likely fights to happen (Cotto at MW so he can say he can add another weight division's belt to his resume).
