I tend to get the tension on my knees/quads rather than at my hips, how to max it out at the hips? (I can get the feeling for it at the hips too but I want to know how to really get the tension strong at the hips)
Think Tyson and Fraizier for this, they exaggerate it to the max.
You push down/ off for this method.
