Thread: Eddie Chambers cant get a fight

Eddie has been offering fights to everyone and finally got Alexander Ustinov to agree to a fight (on the 28th of Feb) a couple of weeks ago. Ustinov has just pulled out!

Until someone agrees to fight him the poor fucker is just treading water.

Chambers tried his hand at the top of the heavyweight boxing and did the best he could.


He would be a stern test for many prospects.


Unfortunately, he lacks power and is just not very exciting to watch.


A bit like a heavyweight Ishe Smith.

Fat Eddie...I mean fast Eddie Chambers had his chance.
Froze against Povetkin.
Adamak beat him and of course Klitshko was too much for him.

Nothing to gain fighting a slightly crafty fighter with no following.

Haymon would set him up to fight Wilder right now!!

Chambers hasn't looked great in recent times, I'm surprised a few names don't want him on their resume. He's going to have to give James Toney a call.

He's too small. He's a good fighter, but too small for heavyweight, may not have it to dominate cruiserweight as Drozd is pretty good.

He just needs to be active and fight anyone. Wilder did and it got him a title shot.
